Have you ever wondered what a $100 million dollar octagon-shaped penthouse looks like? Well if not, you’re about to find out.

It’s no secret that the New York real estate market is currently soaring and breaking record prices. The owner, a Long Island based developer is trying to take advantage of this by selling his 8000 square foot,  3 floor with separate guest apartment floor, 6 bedroom (master bedroom consumes an entire floor) and 9 bathroom penthouse.

According to the New York times, this listing is the most expensive in city, located in the CitySpire (built in 1988) building on West 56th street. Believe it or not, this property was purchased in 1993 for $4.5 million as just a shell.

Oh and if the 360 degree view isn’t enough for you, the wine cellar will hold up to 1000 bottles of your favorite wine. Be ready to empty you piggy band though since a minimum of 10% down is needed to purchase this work of art.
